Privacy Policy

Kids+ ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your family's privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how the Kids+ mobile application ("App") handles information.

Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By using Kids+, you agree to the practices described below.

Kids+ does not collect any of the following:

• No accounts or sign-in: Kids+ does not require an account, email address, password, or any sign-in. There is no login screen.
• No personal information: We do not collect names, ages, birthdays, addresses, phone numbers, photos of faces, or any other personal identifiers.
• No analytics: Kids+ does not use Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics, Facebook SDK, or any third-party analytics, telemetry, or tracking SDK.
• No advertising: Kids+ contains no third-party advertising, no ad networks, and no behavioral or contextual ads.
• No location data: The App does not request or use your device location.
• No microphone or camera: The App does not request access to the microphone or camera.
• No contacts, calendar, or device identifiers: The App does not request access to contacts, calendar, advertising identifier (IDFA / AAID), or other unique device identifiers.
• No crash reporting that includes personal data: Crash reports, if any are generated by the operating system, are handled by Apple or Google according to their own privacy policies and do not include personal information from within the App.

Kids+ stores certain information only on the device so the App can work and remember progress. This information is never sent to us or to any third party:

• App content: Bundled videos, songs, drawing pages, coloring pages, puzzles, and other learning content shipped with the App.
• Custom puzzle photos: If you (the parent) choose a photo from your device's photo library to create a custom jigsaw puzzle, that photo is processed and stored locally on the device only. It is never uploaded to any server. You can delete it at any time from within the App.
• App preferences: Small preferences such as mute state, last-played mini-app, and progress within games are stored locally on the device.
• Drawings and game progress: Drawings, colored pages, and in-game scores are saved locally on the device.

All locally stored information is automatically removed when you delete the App from the device.

Kids+ requests the following device permissions, and only when needed:

• Photo library access (iOS & Android): Requested only when you tap "Use a photo" inside the Jigsaw Puzzle mini-app, so you can pick a picture to turn into a puzzle. The selected photo is processed on the device and is not transmitted off the device.

Kids+ does not request any other permissions.

Some content within Kids+ plays videos hosted on YouTube using YouTube's embedded player.

• When a video is played, YouTube (a Google service) may set cookies and collect information through its embedded player according to Google's Privacy Policy.
• Kids+ does not pass any personal information about you or your child to YouTube.
• Videos are curated and embedded by us; we do not access your YouTube account, watch history, or subscriptions.
• By using Kids+ you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

The App does not contain advertising or social-media sharing. The App may occasionally include links to external resources (for example, a link to this Privacy Policy or to our support email). Before any external link can be opened from inside the App, the user must pass a simple parental gate to confirm that an adult is opening the link. We use parental gates to help prevent children from accidentally leaving the App.

If you believe that information about a child has somehow been transmitted to us in error, please contact us using the information below and we will investigate.

Kids+ does not currently offer in-app purchases or subscriptions. If we add purchases in the future, any payment will be processed entirely by Apple or Google. We would not collect or store payment information, and any future purchase flow would be gated behind a parental confirmation step.

Because Kids+ does not transmit personal information off your device, there is no remote database that could be breached. Information stored locally is protected by the standard security model of your device's operating system.

Since Kids+ does not collect personal information, there is no personal data for us to access, correct, export, or delete on your behalf. You retain full control over any locally stored content:

• Delete individual drawings, puzzles, or saved photos directly within the App.
• Reset all locally stored data by deleting and reinstalling the App.

If you are located in the European Economic Area (GDPR), the United Kingdom (UK GDPR), California (CCPA/CPRA), or another jurisdiction with similar privacy laws, you have rights related to personal data. Because we do not collect personal data in the first place, there is no personal data on our systems for those rights to apply to. We do not sell or share personal information.

If our practices ever change — for example, if a future version of Kids+ introduces new features that involve collecting information — we will update this Privacy Policy and update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. For any material change, we will surface an in-App notice before the change takes effect.
